Marvin Harrison Jr. jerseys still not for sale

After Cardinals receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. signed his rookie contract this week, he also reportedly agreed to the licensing agreement with the NFLPA that would allow the sale of his jersey.

And yet, exactly one month to the day after the Cardinals drafted Harrison, you still can't buy his jersey. Or even pre-order it.

A search in the Cardinals online store for “Marvin Harrison” does not produce any results. On the Fanatics NFL page, typing in “Marvin Harrison” leads to products related to many notable Marvins and Harrisons (from Marvin Harrison Sr. to Harrison Butker to singer Marvin Gaye to NASCAR driver Harrison Burton, NBA player Marvin Bagley III, Harrison Smith, Marvin Mims Jr., football player Marvin Loria, James Harrison, Rodney Harrison, NBA player Harrison Barnes, MLB player Harrison Bader, Ronnie Harrison Jr., Harrison Ford to Marvin the Martian – seriously), but nothing by Marvin Harrison Jr.

It's unclear why the Cardinals and/or Fanatics were unwilling to release Harrison jerseys once he signed his contract granting him the right to sell his jerseys. It's believed that Harrison had previously refused to sign the NFLPA licensing agreement in order to force Fanatics to renew his existing contract with the company. (He claims there is no existing contract.) Could it be that after suing Harrison for breach of contract, Fanatics decided not to manufacture and market Harrison jerseys in order to pressure him?

Regardless, if you want a Marvin Harrison Jr. jersey, you still can't buy one.
