Steph Curry is one of the top 4 NBA legends along with LeBron James, Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson

In a recent Chicago Bulls Instagram post, NBA legend Dennis Rodman was asked to create his absolute basketball Mount Rushmore. Starting with Michael Jordan and LeBron James, Rodman rounded out his four with Magic Johnson and Steph Curry.

This is always a very controversial topic as Jordan and James are assured of the top two spots, but the next two are always up for debate. While most people rank Curry in the top 10, he usually doesn't make the top four. There are various arguments for ranking Curry this high, as some believe his impact on the game of basketball puts him at the top of any exclusive list of all-time greats.

Omitting Kareem Abdul-Jabbar from this list will be controversial since most people don't seem to see him ranked lower than third or fourth all-time. This list gets more difficult as the years go by, as the NBA's current legends like Curry, James, and others continue to add to their already great resumes.

A lot of these discussions are about what a person values. All of these players are incredibly successful and have received both individual and team awards, but there are certain differences that differentiate them from person to person. For Rodman, he has Jordan, James, Johnson and Curry on his Mount Rushmore.
